Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PixelPorch LLC collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Effective date: July 27, 2026

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, business details, project information, and anything you include in an inquiry, form, or message.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.

Information from clients' end users. When we host or maintain a client platform, we may process data belonging to that client. In those cases we act as a service provider to the client, and the client's own privacy policy governs that data.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule meetings
  • To prepare proposals and Statements of Work
  • To deliver, support, and maintain the services you purchase
  • To send service and account communications
  • To improve our website, offerings, and security
  • To comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations

3. Legal bases and consent

We rely on your consent, our legitimate business interests, the performance of a contract, and compliance with law. Where consent is the basis — for example, optional text messages — you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, scheduling, and payment processing vendors. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect rights, safety, and property. If our business is transferred, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, preferences, and analytics. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; disabling them may affect site functionality. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed we delete it or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. Email hello@pixelporch.org to make a request.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date on this page.
