1. Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how we build, not an add-on. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for our website and for the platforms we deliver to clients.
2. What we do
- Semantic HTML structure and meaningful heading order
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus states
- Color contrast checks against AA thresholds
- Labeled form fields and clear error messaging
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and text resizing
3. Known limitations
Some third-party embeds, such as scheduling widgets, maps, and vendor tools, are outside our direct control and may not fully conform. Where a barrier exists, we look for an accessible alternative path to the same task.
4. Client responsibility
After launch, accessibility depends in part on the content added over time. We provide guidance on writing alt text, structuring headings, and adding captions, and PixelCare subscribers can request accessibility reviews.
5. Ongoing effort and no guarantee
Accessibility is continuous work. We do not represent that any site is fully conformant at all times or legally compliant in every jurisdiction, and we do not provide legal advice on accessibility obligations.
6. Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email hello@pixelporch.org with the page address and a description of the issue. We acknowledge reports within two business days and will work with you on an accessible alternative while we address it.
