1. Where we use AI-assisted tools
- PixelChat assistants that answer visitor questions on client websites
- Drafting content, which is then reviewed and edited by a person
- Development assistance, reviewed and tested before delivery
- Summarizing inquiries and internal notes
2. How PixelChat works
PixelChat responds based on business information provided by us or by the client — services, hours, policies, and frequently asked questions. It is a helpful assistant, not a substitute for speaking with a person, and it does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
3. Accuracy and limitations
AI responses may not always be complete. Verify important details. Automated responses can be incomplete or out of date. Anything important — pricing, availability, eligibility, deadlines — should be confirmed with a person before you rely on it.
4. Data handling
Messages you send to a chat assistant may be transmitted to a third-party model provider to generate a response and may be stored so we can improve the service and follow up on inquiries. Please do not enter sensitive personal information, account credentials, or confidential records into a chat window. Our Privacy Policy applies to this data.
5. Human oversight
A person reviews client-facing deliverables before they ship. Automated tools do not make final decisions about your engagement, pricing, or eligibility for services.
6. Client-configured assistants
When a client configures their own assistant knowledge base, the accuracy of that content is the client's responsibility. We provide the tooling, guidance, and review workflow.
7. Questions
