PixelCare is optional, but certain managed Growth and Elevate features — appointment reminders, automated follow-ups, review requests, surveys, and ongoing email or text notifications — require an active PixelCare Growth or Premium subscription.
Unused Growth update time does not roll over. Premium broader updates are subject to fair use.

Founding pricing applies to Statements of Work signed on or before February 28, 2027. Standard pricing applies to agreements signed on or after March 1, 2027.
