How payment works

The Discovery Meeting and the Planning & Content Meeting are complimentary. If you decide to move forward:

  • 25%at signing
  • 25%at scope and structure approval
  • 50%at final approval before launch

Typical timelines

  • Essential3–4 weeks
  • Growth6–8 weeks
  • Elevate10–16 weeks (normally phased)

Timelines depend on content, approvals, and third-party dependencies.

Included revision rounds

  • Essential1 consolidated round
  • Growth2 rounds
  • Elevate3 rounds allocated by phase

Defect corrections don't consume a revision round.

Ongoing care after launch

Every website requires regular security updates and patches to remain protected and function properly. PixelCare handles those updates for you, along with routine backups and continued ongoing support.
